two rivers art festivalTwo Rivers Art Festival: All Handcrafted Arts and Crafts

The Two Rivers Art Festival is back on Memorial and Labor Day weekends!

The organizers are excited to be celebrating the 3rd year of the Two Rivers All Handcrafted Art shows. Due to the overwhelming response from artists wanting to participate and customers coming to visit Ruidoso, they are moving to Wingfield Park which is a much larger park. Wingfield Park also has the convenience of one stop shopping. You can park and walk over to the show and then check out our midtown merchants along Sudderth. There are plenty of places to park and also the Village is creating additional parking for the midtown area.

The Two Rivers Arts and Crafts Festival event showcases more than 25 artisans displaying all handcrafted two rivers art festival 2creations. From textiles to wood to metal to painting to glass…you can find the perfect item for your home or the gift that is just right for a friend or family member.

The Ruidoso area is truly an art haven in our great state of New Mexico. From the Hurd Gallery to Art Ruidoso to the Malkerson Gallery art is everywhere. The Two Rivers Art Festival is another event where you can learn, appreciate and maybe even purchase handmade art goods. Art is a huge part of the culture here in Ruidoso and there are several other art festivals and events throughout the year you should check out.

A new playground has been added and there is a nice walking path. The Two Rivers Art Festival will be setup around the path so that the festival can be accessible to the handicap. It is free to the public so please come visit the booths and check out the wonderful artists showcasing their work.
