Lincoln County Community Theatre will present “Love Letters” by A.R. Gurney on 10/2 at 7 PM and 10/5 at 2 PM and 6 PM at Downshift Brewing Company Riverside.

“Love Letters” is a readers theater play in two acts about the love and friendship of Melissa and Andy, told through their lifelong correspondence. It begins in childhood with party thank yous, and summer camp postcards and they exchange letters throughout their school years, marriages, and careers. Their attachment remains strong though their lives move in very different directions.

The novelty of the play allows for a new cast reading at each performance. Pamela Witte and Mike Barker will open the show on Thursday, 10/2, 7 PM. Performances continue on Sunday, 10/5, with Delana Clements and Dave Tomlin at 2 PM and Terra Wallace and Garrett LaMay at 6 PM.
