From there, John will walk you through tasting method that helps you confidently describe what you’re smelling and tasting—no “right answers” required. The class also includes a guided tasting, where you’ll explore different styles side-by-side and learn how factors like acidity, tannin, and body shape the experience.

To wrap things up, you’ll learn practical wine skills you can actually use: how to read wine labels, how to order wine at restaurants, how to shop by style instead of memorizing grape names, and a few easy food pairing basics that make wine and meals work better together.
