Noisy Water Winery is hosting a Harvest Themed Charcuterie Building Class at both our Albuquerque and Ruidoso tasting rooms, and your $50 ticket covers everything you need: a glass of Noisy Water wine ($15 or under) and all the seasonal ingredients to craft your own stunning board from scratch. Think rich cheeses, cured meats, warm harvest accents, and all the little touches that make a charcuterie board impossible to resist.

Our team will guide you through the build while you sip, snack, and soak in the season. Whether you’re a seasoned entertainer looking for fresh inspiration or a first-timer ready to discover a new skill, you’ll walk away with a beautiful board and the know-how to recreate it at home.
