Over a curated flight of Noisy Water wines, you’ll learn to read a wine from the ground up — why acidity makes some wines feel bright and refreshing while tannins give others their weight and depth, what people actually mean when they describe a wine as “smooth,” “crisp,” or “full-bodied,” and how structure and balance shape every sip from start to finish. We’ll help you identify what’s happening on your palate so you can quickly recognize your own preferences and understand why certain varietals speak to you more than others.
