On February 27th at 6:30 pm, join us for a relaxed evening of food and wine at our Wine Pairing Dinner in midtown Ruidoso. This five-course experience features thoughtfully prepared dishes paired with wines selected to complement each course.

The evening begins with handmade arancini, followed by a classic Tuscan ribollita soup. A spring root vegetable salad with house-made pistachio vinaigrette brings a fresh balance before the main course of slowly braised lamb ragù served over homemade pasta. Dessert wraps up the night with a Besito de Coco tiramisù, offering a Noisy Water twist on the traditional favorite.
