Step into the world of winemaking with Winemaker for a Day, an exclusive first-of-its-kind blending experience at Enchanted Vine. Designed for wine lovers of every level, this elevated hands-on event invites guests to discover the art, science, and creativity behind crafting a perfectly balanced wine. Hosted by Hospitality Manager John Lubbe, also a member of the winemaking team, this immersive experience offers a rare opportunity to blend, bottle, and label your very own custom wine in an intimate exclusive setting.

Guests will begin with a guided tasting of curated blending components while learning how professional winemakers use structure, balance, fruit, and complexity to build exceptional wines. Using professional-style blending tools, participants will experiment with different combinations, refine their blends, and create a wine tailored to their own palate. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into real winemaking techniques and discover how even the smallest adjustments can completely transform a wine.

Once your final blend is complete, the experience continues with a blind tasting competition where guests will anonymously vote on their favorite creations. Awards for standout blends and creativity will add a fun and memorable finish to the evening. Each guest will then bottle, cork, and hand-label a full bottle of their custom blend to take home.

Your ticket also includes elevated light food pairings thoughtfully selected to complement the wines, as well as a full behind-the-scenes facility tour with a special focus on barrels and their role in shaping wine.

As the first blending event of its kind at Noisy, reservations for Winemaker for a Day will be extremely limited and available by advance booking only. Planned as an annual public experience, this inaugural event is a unique opportunity to experience winemaking in a way few wineries offer.
